They've all been wearing masks and as far as I can tell observing safety precautions during this pandemic.

Quick lunch qualified for Whole30 diet! Salad bowl w/carnitas (shredded pork), guacamole, fajita veggies and mild salsa... it was good food and good price

Overpriced, small portions. However staff is friendly and location seems clean

Went approx 3 weeks ago, for takeout. We decided against it because they weren't wearing masks and no gloves for the person sweeping the floor. If they are sweeping the floor so close to the food, they should make sure they put the lids on the container ( at the time there were no customers in the restaurant. I did not order, I was grossed out and concerned about the virus possibly in the air/on food.

IS THERE EVEN A 0 STARS. Literally took 15 mins to even be greeted. 5 people!!! Doing absolutely nothing but most likely catering for others or a big order. But seriously. U dont need 5 people to do 3 orders. Its not that big of a deal. And once one of the girls said “we will be right with you” after 20 MINS. We decided to head to panda express even though they were closing they were generous enough to take our order.Never again chipotle PLEASE get better staff and manager

Every thing good, except the barbacoa: is not barbacoa, just brisket

Love their bowls! Queso not so much! Its gritty and taste like chilli cheese w/o beans. Not my thang yall:/

My wife and I eat at Chipotle regularly in Lacey and Olympia. We stopped in this one and if this was the standard, I would not frequent it as often. Food was cold, portions were anemic, and the beef was not that great of quality. Disappointment 😕...

love the food!! but one employee was rude with an attitude and ruined my day but besides that, the foods really great!

Good place to eat just need to figure out what you like on your food. Got to find the right mix and love their chips with lime.

First time at this federal way location...they were so light on the meat..I'll stick too Kent station..there so much more friendly there and u get your money's worth

I've eaten my weight in Chipotle burrito bowls over the last decade so I know when someone is stingy with the fixings. I would probably have more success asking these folks for a loan than extra cheese. Or perhaps i could get a kidney easier than a little extra steak? Anyhoo, shredded white cheese must cost more per ounce than gold bouillon because I asked for extra and got a few weak sprinkles. I think this chick even counted the corn kernels in the corn salsa. Anyway, if you're hungry then you may want to walk into this Chipotles crying that your girlfriend dumped you in the parking lot then ran over your foot just so you can get a decent burrito bowl. Sigh.

Not sure what happened today 4/18, but I ordered a salad with extra chicken and literally every single bite of the chicken had a gristle in it. Can u guys cut your chicken better please. It’s pretty gross chewing on gristles.

Not cool!! I ordered a burrito and cost was 8$ they asked me what I want on burrito and when it came time to pay it was over 11$ because avocado was $2 and they had it in small print so I could Not see that when they should have it on the menu with everyone to see!!! Misleading information!!! NOT COOL!!!!

The food is really good. They give you a lot of food for the price. The chips weren't fresh, but everything else was great. The store is clean, can convenient, and easy to see from the street. There's was plenty of seating and it wasn't really crowded.

Easily the best Chipotle around. Portions are always generous, flavor is always top notch. Staff is friendly. I love eating here.

I had the steak bowl with guac and fajita. It was really good. I forgot about Chipotle after that E. Coli situation, but I'm happy I remembered. Redemption at its finest.

Food wasn't all that great.

The food is great, I wouldn't say that the staff here is disrespectful in anyway but their attitude looks as if they hate their jobs. Which is disrespectful to my positive me talk attitude. Also.....food all over the floor under the tables.

Sad they were out of the carne asada I like treat myself to Chipotle once in awhile I get a burrito and it fills me up

Had not eaten at an Chipotle in about 5yrs. Not because I didn't want to but because I couldn't due to were I live. I must say thematically it didn't disappoint still the same great food and atmosphere!

Usually tasty food and friendly staff, but today wasn't the best day. Staff was too rushed and just focused on moving people through the line. We weren't able to customize our bowls how we wanted because of getting pushed along-we got what they wanted us to have. This seems like an off day though- they're usually better

My favorite thing about Chipotle is their guacamole. I will pass up any Mexican restaurant for them. I love authentic Mexican food but it's something about their guacamole that keeps me coming back.(Hit like if this helps please)

I really like the food here. A little overpriced and the lady making my burrito couldn't even wrap it closed. Definitely better than taco bell or taco time though.

This is my favorite place to eat. We eat this food weekly. We love this Mexican food it's our go to place. The staff is always friendly and they make sure we get what we want and our order is correct. The food here is always healthy aswell.

We were at this location around 4 pm and frankly I wish the employees would give us time to even think of what we want to order, they're in such a hurry that if u don't know what you want by memory they will start giving you attitude and will look at you with impatience also the young lady at the register looked like she hated working there didn't even ask us if we wanted something to drink so by the time our transaction was finished we had to go back and ask for a drink just a horrible customer service experience.The food was super salty and the chips were cold. We won't be coming back to this location Is not like the rest

Food was ok. Fresh for sure. Presentation was poor. The person who made my burrito bowl just plopped everything in the bowl. Way to much sour cream and guacamole which I would normally never say but my "salad" was swimming. Probably won't go back. Very over hyped.

The staff and facility is great. The chips tend to be a little greasier than other locations.

Clean atmosphere , friendly staff, great tasting food

I get that the servers were trying to move quickly, but they were rushing through ordering three burritos. And it's not like I was moving slowly. I even had the orders in a note on my phone. But after every option, it was just "anything else" in a hurried tone. They didn't even let me finish reading off the order. Two stars though, because the woman at the register was super friendly and seemed to have a feel for how things were going around her.

Fresher than the fast food restaurants nearby.Good place to eat pre/post workout for your daily nutritional needs.4 stars because whenever I order from the app, there's always an inconvenience.For example, when I ordered hard shell tacos and came to pickup, they said they ran out that day. If something from an order is currently out of stock, it'd be nice if you let me know beforehand instead of waiting until I get there to tell me I have to order something else and make me wait again.I still enjoy eating from this chipotle location
